Mach4 General Discussion / Mach4 ESS Homing
« on: February 01, 2016, 03:18:14 PM »
Hello, everyone. I'm a CNC newbie and I need some help. :'(

I'm trying to use the homing but doesn't work. I have a Mach4 V4.2.0.2686 with a ESS (plugin V1.0.1.132). I connected the home sensores and configured the plugins input of the ESS and Mach4, clicked the "Ref all home" button on the "program run" tab but only moves one axis but the DRO doesn't change and it doesn't do anything else. I also tryed with the "Ref X", "Ref Y" and "Ref Z" buttons of the "machine diagnostic" tab but no different result. I noticed that the axis moves up to the home position, the home sensor detect and  the Enable Button of the Control Panel stills enabled, I think that Mach4 is waiting for something.

Is there anyone that had a similar problem? Any hint to solve this? Thank you!

Mach4 General Discussion / Re: Probing on new Mach 4 screens

Hello, everyone. I'm tryng to run the "T Lamontagne" script for "auto tool zero" (If I'm not mistaken, is the same script that you are talking. If not, my appologyze -_-!) and following your comments. In the Probing.lua, the command mm.ReturnCode(CA) is used many times but I can't find where is declared. I debugged the script but when arrives at mm.ReturnCode(CA) crashes. Could you give me a clue to find it or to correct it?
