That motion controller cannot handle discrete I/Os in real-time, so stuff like homing, probing, THC, etc..  does not work.

That wiring will not work.  The encoder and and ERR/RES signals are common with the mains, it will damage the PoKeys57CNC.  This wiring is very dangerous.

I just found this thread in our forum in which you state that you could not get support for us for tuning the servo.  I am not sure you reached to us, but we have a ticket system and you can open a ticket with this and we will give you a hand:

The problem you are having is a tuning issue and the advice you have been given here is right on.

Do you have any thoughts on this?  We could also move it to lua if you think PMC is not going to be the tool for this.  We wanted to make it in PMC as we did one like for Mach3 using the brains that became very popular as it was very intuitive and easy to use, so users were able to do further implementation to it.
