Hi All,

I am having trouble with spindle control using CNC57 pokeys, Mach 4 and an Allen Bradley VFD. 

Here is what I get;

Call for 500 RPM, get 665
Call for 1000 RPM get 783
Call for 1500 RPM get 905

Any ideas?

Mach Screens / McUnlock

I want to change the script for my soft limits so I don't have to turn them on every time.  I enter operator and see that it is locked, I hit the unlock button and up pops a window that say mcUnlock and it wants a password, no idea what that might be, any help?

Mach4 General Discussion / Difficulty with Override switch

I am struggling with an issue revolving around my override switch.  When I hit a hard stop, the switch dims and becomes unavailable, the only thing I can do to jog off is remove the switch physically!  I will include a link to a you tube video and a screenshot to my pokeys home/limit switch page, appreciate any help or advice.  Running Mach 4 on a pokeys 57cnc board and right on the edge of being in over my head

General Mach Discussion / Baffled

Had my lathe down for a little maintenance and when I brought it back up, had a problem, can't get my head around it or find a solution.  If I tell the x axis to move 2.5 inches, it moves 2.5 inches.  If I tell the tool to take a .010 cut in diameter mode, it cuts .020.  If I tell it to cut .010 in radius mode, it cuts .020.  No matter what I do...  I don't get it.   Any ideas?

Hello, I am having trouble controlling my new spindle motor, a clearpath servo.  In tuning the motor, I am witnessing no change when I adjust the steps per revolution?  Any ideas?
