Mach Screens / 2010 Screen Set Aspire 8.024 post processor

Hi ger21, Does the the post processor on your site support the latest version of Vectrict Aspire 8.024. When I load a G-code all my cuts are offset to the far right of the boundaries set up in aspire on the tool path screen or is this something else. Its the demo Aspire so not sure if that has something to do with it It was working for the older V-carve demo. As I am looking to buy want to make sure it all works before putting myself into hoc and finding out somethings amiss. Still new to all cnc quirks.

General Mach Discussion / Spindle relay control is confiigured, but M3/M4 won't turn on the spindle...

What board are you using eg:  Gecko, Ess, will help diagnose your setup. I had troubles to with Gecko G540 and ESS and had to put PWM/Base Freq at 10 and Pulley 4 min 0 max 24000. Will check my settings if that's your setup.

I have been using an Intel NUC with an Ethernet Smooth Stepper and it working great I3 120GIG SSD 6gig Memory for under $220.00 AU.

Hi Mercury049 have you set the vfd to be controlled via g540 ? Look at the vfd manual at parameters and look for external control eg param 1-1 external control via 10volts. I am new and had the same thing. Cheers Peter
