Suit your floating head .am happy to help as I no it can be daunting trying to figure it out lol I nearly cried a couple of times

Ok I'm using the mp1000-thc look for mach3 thc with scriber import that then we'll need to edit it

Couple things to check before we start measure the travel u have in your floating head from when the switch triggers to when the head stops going down . I don't have a thc at the moment either but my setup auto zeros the head at every pierce

Ok I'm in Australia so I'm in metric but we can work around that what post processor are you using in sheetcam

Ok cool gimme an hour to get in front of machine and we'll run through things the cool part is when u do ur first cut puts a smile on ur face lol
What country are u in ?

What are you using for posting Gcode sheetcam?

If u need any help I will copy my sheet cam settings etc to you so u can see what u need to change

Hi shoar I wound up just splicing the two wires from the trigger to the spindle relay on the breakout board seem to work great .
Make sure ur spindle output is enabled in mach3 first and rest it before u hook up plasma you should hear it click on and off
When you click the torch fire button on the Mach screen .
As for the return height issue I'm using sheetcam for my g code generator and I use the mp1000 with scribe post processor
And I have a floating head on Z axis you just need to do a bit of editing on cut and pierce heights and you can set ur safe return height
In sheetcam aswell

Hi all again I thing I fried my bob it was a v5 of eBay from zentool works anyway have to replace it
Any suggestions on what a good board is for a cnc plasma
