I sent the control box in, apparently it had a bad capacitor in the
reset circuit.

Well between yesterday and today something has changed.  I no longer have stepper motor control.  I'm using Mach 3 licensed, and was setting up all the parameters.  I had motor response when I shut down last night and now this morning I can't get them to respond.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Mach 3, used back up config settings from earlier in the day to no avail. 
 
I know this isn't much to go on, but I don't know what else to do.

Hi, looking forward to learning as much as I can.  I'm a RC hobby guy and just finished building my CNC.  I'm using mach 3 which I'm just trying to learn.  I'm proficient in Autocad and plan on doing my drawings with it.  I believe I'll be generating g-code with Lazycam. Total newb with most of this stuff.
