G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / CamBam and 4th turning axis

Hi,
I am trying to create my first turning G code using CamBam for testing the turning ability of my machine.
I did setup and turning motor to be A-Axis and now i can see change in the values of the 4th axis when i change the position of the motor by using the Hot Keys.
If any one can help how can I do it and if there is a better SW for generating turning jobs please let me know.
