I got it figured out after reading and watching the tutorials.  After hearing the description of the MaxNC and what it's purpose was for, I thought maybe this could be causing my problem.  I investigated and indeed the check box had been checked.  This was my problem Thanks for trying to help.

Hello all i am new to mach3 and am currently trying to set up a plasma machine with a slaveX/A axis.  In the (config/ports and pins/motor output screen) enable and disable motors works, but pins does not.  Doesn't matter which pin i assign or simply a 0 and when jogged the same incorrect motor will move.  Please help.  Thanks.  Chad Moore
