General Mach Discussion / CNC Hot Wire Cutter - Move X and A axis together when Ref all is pressed

Hi,
I have built a CNC hot wire cutter which is working really well with good results. I have now added limit/home switches on the X and A axis's (both horizonals).
I would like the X and A axis to move together when i press Ref All, only in when i press this button, general movements in gcode and jogging should allow independent movement.
I have read a few posts about this but i just dont understand what was recommended, please could someone explain if this is something that Mach3 can achieve.
