General Mach Discussion / Re: Mach3 stopping
« on: December 31, 2013, 05:20:51 PM »
Thank you everyone for the help it was the Mach3 license.
I didn't know when I bought the machine that it was a pirated version of the software that came with it, I just bought the license and removed the pirated version
and re-insalled from a fresh licensed copy and everything works fine now.    ;D

General Mach Discussion / Mach3 stopping

Hi first time on the forum and I have a problem
Mach3 stops running the program at line 4860 every time I try running it.
I have no problem running shorter programs but on this one it just stops.

I am using:
Windows XP
Mastercam X4,  Vectric Aspire 3, and BobCad Cam
Mach3 (Mach3 R3.043.066) it is licensed.

I have tried turning off the tool path display and that didn't help.
I have noticed that when I load the program in the top left where the code is displayed that it only shows part of the code down to line 4860
the code goes to 19360.

I did get it to show the full code once but as soon as I connected to the controller it messed up again.

I attached a picture of the Mach3 and the program I am using.
The program is engraving letters on a cylinder using the 4th axis.

I have used Bobcad, aspire 3, and mastercam to write the program with all stop around 4800 on the code.
