tried everything ... no hope to work with Mach3 i don't need to work with kcam

it make some thing strange only Hood,

when swap pin 2 , 3

and move right , then quickly move left (with keyboard arrow )  the motor move something like 2 degree ..

then wait some seconds and try again , it move another degree ( just move some right ,, then some left quickly ) or vise


Just need to change the direction very quickly and the motor Jog for 1 sec >>>>

tried and changed everything in motor tuning ........

i tested again pin2 in right and left dir

in the right give me 3.45 v   on the left  get  0.05

Thanx Hood for help and sorry for delay , i got voltmeter later and tested everything many times

2 times tested without any software opened

1 Mach3 idle  (no G-code)

1 mach3 with Gcode  : G0 X200

1 Kcam idle - (without any G-code)

1 kcam with G-code G0 X200

First time test without any kcam or Mach3      (  pin no  -  voltage )

1-9        3.45
10-13   4.70
14         3.45
15         4.70
16         3.45
17         0.05
18-25    0.00

=========

tested again without any software load =  mach3 idle without any gcode = kcam idle without gcode = got same results in three situation :

1          3.49
2-9      0.05
10-13  4.66
14       0.05
15       4.66
16       3.44
17        0.05
18-25  0.00

Results Mach3    with gcode G0 X200

1           3.49
2 >>>> 0.05
3   >>> 3.44
4-9        0.05
10-13   4.66
14         0.05
15         4.66
16         3.44
17         0.05
18-25   0.00

kcam gcode g0 x100

1           3.49
2  >>>  3.44
3   >>> 1.73

i used the cable  : male to male

and tested the output pins :

Edit  : i tried the same xml file at another PC , worked before with previouse driver in the same pc with the same xml file , still nothing .. and the Diagnostic screen still without any green pins ....

i found this topic, and downloaded the xml file attached their and in Diagonisitc Tab i got 5 pins Green .

i tried to figure the same pins and dir inside it, but the motor with no action ,

i tried to re-install Xp sp3 again , but no change ...

i use Dell Latitude E5400 laptop  and bought  " legacy Extender " to get parallel port  and it worked before good with Mach3 with previous board .

i will try later with PC and see what the problem ,

it make me angry it works well with kcam till now ...  so it's not port problem ...

Do u mean when i try with connecting electronics or with idle ??
