General Mach Discussion / Need help on Dyna 2800 Mill Conversion to Mach 3

I'am looking for someone on this forum who has converted a Dyna 2800 Mill from the stock control to Mach 3  and retained most of the Factory electronics. I would love a step by step and list of components. Is it doable at all? I've run into many hurdles with this and it is becoming overwhelming. I hope someone can help. I really don't want to strip out all of the electronics and start over as the machine has all it's limit switches, touch off probe etc. I also don't have a year to build and debug a brand new system. Hopefully someone here can help.

was wondering if anyone could clue me in on putting mach 3 into original control on a dynamite 2800 mill. my research showed that you could use the factory drives. what is involved and how much would i spend to do this?

hello, I've been researching doing a control retrofit on a dynamite 2800 cnc mill. what is required? what is to be disabled or removed from original control. the machine has the factory control on it and has been problematic. how easy or difficult is this retrofit and will it cost $$$ I'am looking forward to hearing what some of you guy's who have done this job before and point me in the right direction.
