I just traded in my old computer for a newer one, and reinstalled Mach3 and MachStdMill and tried to run a part I have ran before without issue. I get MANY unwanted circles.... I am sure it is a config issue, but I have no clue what. It was drawn in Soldiworks, and the Gcode posted from HSMworks. I reposted the code, and same issue.

Any suggestions?

General Mach Discussion / Limit Switch Question
« on: April 08, 2013, 08:28:50 PM »
I have finally got my limit switches installed and working on my X3 using honeywell switches attached to a CNC4pc c11g board. They all seem to work fine, but my question is...

When a limit is triggered, shouldn't I be able to hit reset or something, and continue jogging off the switch? Currently it I trigger a limit, I have to disabled the limit switch before I can jog off the switch.

General Mach Discussion / ESC Reset Button...
« on: March 25, 2013, 08:11:42 PM »
I have always had the ESC button trigger a reset in mach by default, but I upgraded last week to the newest stable release and MachStdMill and it does not reset now. The ESC was easy to hit if I had a OH CRAP moment. How can I get it back?

General Mach Discussion / How To do Multiple Parts
« on: October 16, 2007, 05:39:32 PM »
I am new to using mach 3 and I need to create some parts, but I want to create 4 at a time. Is there a way in mach to do this. Each is 3 inches are apart on the X axis.

I would assume it would be something like this
Cut part#1 @ 0,0
move to 3,0
reset DRO to 0,0
cut part #2
and so on

But how to do that?

General Mach Discussion / Re: Mach 3 Charge Pump & Screen Problems

Ok, if I leave the charge pump set to 5khz it seems to work fine. Does this sound correct?

I did have the "auto screen enlarge check " checked. I removed it and it seems to be working.

General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 Charge Pump & Screen Problems
« on: September 12, 2007, 10:24:50 PM »
Ok, I have a Win XP system that was hooked to a sherline setup and worked perfect. I sold the sherline and upgraded to a X3, Geckos, and a C11G BOB.

#1 Trying to get Charge pump to work, I can turn system and controller on and nothing, I can click Reset and the Charge Pump light on the BOB will flash. I can click it again and it will flash again. I can go into the settings of mach 3 and set the charge pump to 5khz and the light comes on and works. I can then turn it off and it continues to work.

#2. I have a screen set loaded, and everything I shut down and restart mach 3 it set to the correct screen, but the size is all messed up.

What am I doing wrong?
