Finished Screens / Re: Mach3 2010 Screenset - Now available
« on: May 21, 2014, 02:04:49 AM »
Hi Gerry,

Big thanks for this great 2010 screen set!!! It really helps focusing on the important parts.

One question:
As you can see from the attached screenshot there's a line/cell showing-upn at the very end of the 2010 screen (in fact - it seems to be a copy of the feed rate). Is there a reason for this? If not how can I get rid of it (besides adjusting the screen size accordingly)?

System: Win 7 Pro (running in Parallels VM); Mach 3 Version R3.043.066; 2010 screen set latest version.

Many thanks

Wolfgang

Hello to everyone,

my name is Wolfgang and I live in Munich, Germany. I am an electrical engineer by profession, but working in the ICT (Information and communication technology) domain for the last 20 years now. Machine working is my favorite hobby which I've started about 3 years ago. Just 4 months ago I bought my first CNC milling machine - which means I am at the very beginning of the CNC - learning curve. But excellent forums like this one help getting familiar with the matter.

The intention of my hobby work is to produce nice, small, useful gadgets, articles of daily use and tools.

My setup consists of
Optimum BF30 Vario  (yes, I am ONLY a hobbyist!!)
6-AXIS CNC Controller CSMIO/IP-S (which is a TCP/IP based controller --> controlling the machine over Ethernet! This is really fantastic)
Mach 3 running in a virtual environment  on a MacbookPro (without any issue so far)

I hope to find more people running a similar setup since this configuration seems to be pretty new and I haven't found to much information so far... :-\

Cheers
Wolfgang
