sorry, the message is "End of File Estop selected" because I checked the option "E-stop the system" in General Config --> Prgm End or M30 or Rewind group box.

line 500 is considered as an end file...

here is the G-code, it's a g-code from an art toolpath (mastercam): (I don't know how to post the complete file)

beginning of file:

General Mach Discussion / #500 line stop with license version
« on: January 10, 2012, 04:20:52 PM »

I'm a new Mach3 user, I found a lot of topics concerning my problem on this forum but didn't found any solution...

I have the License version of Mach3 installed on my PC (Win XP SP2 Home Edition). I verified, it's the License version (my name is written, Licensed To: "me")
but I still have the 500 lines limit which message "End program" when arriving at the line 500 and that with all G-code I tested.

I put this version on another computer (Win 7 Ultimate but no parallel port) and it works perfectly: mach can go over the #500 line.

so if you have any solution...

Thanks for your time.

Hello everybody

I'm new Mach3 user, I just finished my first CNC (450x450x300mm) with stepper motors (upgrade with AC servo coming soon..., I hope) I've done my 1/32 (6A/phase) microstepping drivers using Texas Instrument chip.

my hobbies are: RC Models making, (cars, boats, planes Heli...) electronics and for a few month ago the CNC!
