Not to worry I had an ahah moment and found the solution.
I have not tested it in Mach yet (I was busy with some other stuff), but i am sure it will work since the fault was self-inflicted!

Not familiar with your setup, but I will try to solve my problems and possibly yours. I had to start over building the Computer and the Table so I have not gotten around to testing Motors and Encoder.  I am going to try it with second Parallel Port installed.

My first question to the forum.

I have a MPG wheel
last time I used with Mach3 and a Mill was in 07.
Tamagawa Seki  TS347 100 Count Incrimental
Now I am trying to set it up it does work in Mach3.
The inputs are on Pins 10 and 11 and I have one Port in ECP Mode. {I tried all the modes)
What am I doing wrong?
