Hello, How are you? I am trying to understand this post.

My first problem is

point to the same thing. The second problem is when you say to take a cat5 cable and strip it. I don't know what to do with it. Do I plug it in the ethernet port? How would that be useful I wonder. Can you tell me what to do with the cat5 cable once I strip it?
