Feature Requests / Mach3 Softlimit by dxf

So to use mach3 for metal spinning machine and ease of programming.
In teach in mode with joystick command, programming of part  can be done,
  but the problem is in crashing in the part by overreacting with joystick commands.
So to overcome this problem I tought if someone can make some sort of plugin/wizard
  that load .dxf or some 2D drawing that represents softlimit to mach3 (X,Y), but not cousing reset state,
  simply not allowing manual joystick control or any other to go pass by these softlimits.
If someone can do it, I would like to know.

VB and the development of wizards / Need someone to make wizard for spray cnc !!!

Hi

Need someone to make wizard for spray machine, it would be silly to make code for every single simple workpiece. Fair price and we have a deal !

Machine have a fixed z height and 2 position of spray gun on the moving head (up position=spraying the top of the piece, down position=at some angle for spraying the edge)

Moves will be with tangential control for proper orientation of spraying head for both the top and edge spraying.

When spraying  top of piece it must be done in X then in Y or vice verse  (wizard option).

Edge spraying should trigger some output pin to rotate head nozzle to proper position (down) and do move like cutout.


Wizard should have parameters:    

X & Y dimension of workpiece

Corner radius

X,Y zero

X,Y stepover

Feedrate

Must have a options to select either to spray first edge then top then edge again or just top .... all sorts of combinations.
