Do any of you know the lead/pitch of the screws on each axis?  Also, the number of divisions/rotation of the encoders?

I've been trying to get these specs out of MaxNC for 3 days!  Thank you for posting them!  Do you know the resolution of the encoders and the lead of the screws on the axes?
