Hello Steve,

Thank you very much for your reply and Information regarding the Gantry problem on Galil DMC21XX. I have solve the problem by using each individual home inputs rather limits using them as home inputs. Thank you very much again.

Galil / Galil DMC 21XX
« on: June 23, 2012, 10:03:39 PM »
Hello Everyone,

I am currently having problems with my Home routine and slave axis using Galil DMC 21xx.
IF I use galil plugin version 4.4 the home sequence works fine, But i cannot get Axis to slave on the X Axis.
If t use Galil Plugin Version 4.5 which is I think the right plugin for this controller the slave axis works but home routine doesnt.
I hits the limit switch and stop and does nothing.
Anyone has the same problem? I would appreciate very much if you could help me with this problem. It might just be a mistake on my setup. Thank you .

Hi to All
I got a JCUT 5060 and was able to setup the machine properly. Except when you jog X and Y axis using the keyboard shortcut keys the motor stalls. I have check the mechanics and seems to be OK. Did you have the same problem?

Hi Peter, Hood.

Sorry for the late reply. We were busy the whole week moving to a new Factory. Anyway I have tried SNL which Hood and you suggested. I have notice that the feedrate is not taken into account when running SNL.

Thanks
Renato

Hello Peter

I have attached a sample Gcode below. The code has been working for a long time on our 20 year Old CNC controller. Sorry about the mess. Once I get the right format that will work on Mach 3. The code will be cleaned up with labels and line numbers.
