Mach Screens / ports & pins config for KX3 milling m/c???

Hi friends,
             I have bought a KX3 milling machine from SUMORE. MACH-3 software runs it. I need to know how to configure the "pins & ports" configuration in Mach-3 to run KX3 milling machine. Kindly help me in this issue.

General Mach Discussion / Help us!!!

Hi friends,
              We are CNC machine builders from chennai, India. We imported "KX-3" milling machine with Mach-3 control from "SUMORE" china. We can run all the 3 axis successfully. But we are unable to run the spindle motor. Pulse width modulation could not be functioned in it by us. Spindle motor runs by a drive "MBLC-1100-300H" manufactured by "HONCAR" china. We dont know which pin from the PC actuates the pin in breakout board and which pin from the breakout board actuates PWM mode and other operations in Spindle drive. Can anybody give us those details?

Hi,
    Please provide me the PARAMETERS SETTINGS in MACH-3 for Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode operation through which the speed is varied for the machine spindle motor. I need this information as soon as possible.

Mach3 and G-Rex / Suggest me appropriate breakout boards and motor drives..

Hi,
    We are a CNC manufacturer in chennai, India. We are planning to make CNC turning and milling centres with MACH-3 control. Our idea is to use "AC Servo motors and Analog AC Servo Drives". Is a "Digital AC servo drive" appropriate for this application? please do advice us regarding the type of Servo Drive. We prefer Breakout boards which can handle both turning and milling applications with many INPUT/OUTPUT ports and low cost. Suugest us an appropriate breakout board of low cost. If you can guide us properly, we are ready to purchase five(5) numbers.

Mach3 and G-Rex / TROUBLE WITH PWM MODE

Hi,
    We are CNC manufacturers in India. We imported "KX-3" model millling machine from "SUMORE". Its MACH-3 controlled. Machine spindle motor can just be made ON & OFF using MACH-3. Pulse width modulation mode is not functioning. When in PWM mode, the spindle is not at all running. The drive "MBLC-1100-300H" made by "HONCAR" drives the spindle motor (Brushless DC motor). Give me suggestions regarding this issue. I need to check the drive externally without MACH-3 controller to drive the motor. Can i do this with a potentiometer connected to a IC555 timer, through which PWM mode can be achieved in the drive?? Also give me the parameters settings configuration for PWM mode usage in MACH-3.

this is all i can get from the drive manufacturer's website. can u suggest me any ideas to check the drive externally whether it does pulse width modulation?? can a potentiometer be connected to a IC555 timer through which the drive can be made to modulate pulse? only if i can confirm that the drive is ok hardware-wise, i can take further steps to check the software MACH-3..

We have bought "KX-3" model milling machine made by SUMORE, china, which is controlled by MACH-3. Machine spindle motor is controlled by a drive "MBLC-1100-300H" made by HONCAR. Spindle motor runs only in general mode, i.e, ON and OFF. "PULSE WIDTH MODULATION (PWM)" mode which is supposed to control the spindle direction and speed is not functioning. In PWM mode the spindle is not at all running. Kindly provide me some solutions over this problem i face. What are all the parameters to be set before working in PWM mode?
