please call me, i am having issues with breaking endmills, the spindle seems to have two speeds no matter what RPM's are in the program if i hit reset it goes slower and i suspect that for some reason this is breaking endmills. with only .035 depth of cut in aluminum (.062 endmill) it bogs the motor down and breaks the EM. yesterday i ran a complete 5x8 plate with no problems and when i loaded the next part it has broken 5 endmills the same way and just a few minutes ago it broke a .032 in carbon fiber!!  713 444 6958 Marcus  mantisworx@hotmail.com
