I am at a client's shop and need an MB3 board as soon as possible. Are there any US based vendors that could deliver by Tuesday?

General Mach Discussion / Mitsubishi AC Servo Spindle Retrofit
« on: April 03, 2022, 07:47:17 PM »
I have everything running on my retrofitted machine with Clear path motors, Mach3, an ESS with MB3, but now need to interface the Mitsubishi AC servo spindle motor with it's MBS-SVJ2-37 drive.  How can I connect the drive to Mach3 and maintain spindle orientation for tool changes? I have the specifications manual but it of course assumes you will use the Mitsubishi IO.

Any updates on this?  Did anyone get up and running?

Finished Plugins for Download / Re: A new Huanyang VFD plugin
« on: June 14, 2020, 05:00:03 PM »
My problem is, when I load mach3, I get an error saying that the plugin isn't configured.  When I try to change the port from 1 to 3, which is what the Device Manager shows, I get a popup screen that says 'Unable to Read Data" and the config port is changed back to 1.  Running XP

I'm not too concerned with toolpath as I sim all my toolpaths after posting and before running anyway.

General Mach Discussion / Mach Tool Change 5 Axis Screenset

I need a ready to go, or good place to start, to have a 10 tool carousel, 5 axis screenset without all the fancy bright colors and blinking lights.  Any suggestions?

Is there any way to make the MPG Flyout come up when Mach opens without having to hit the TAB key?

Well, it "looks" like it worked.  Also did the same for the LED after finding the right number.  I did "save as" the screen and will copy it over to the control PC for testing.

Thanks,
Jim
