Mach3 under Vista / Changed kernal speed, no more motor movement!!

I've just upgraded my spindle motor to a servo motor, while doing so I needed to increase my kernal speed.
I then restarted Mach3, opened motor tuning and nothing, No movement from X,Y,Z or spindle.
So i changed it back and still nothing. I closed Mach3 Mill and opened Plasma profile and was able to move X and Y but not Z.
I'm really stumped, I'm about to reinstall Mach but first wanted to see if anyone has any idea what could be wrong.

Hi my name is Ryan and I've been a Mach user for about three years now.
Ive always been interested in robotics and automation and Mach was my first move towards automation.
My next step will be PLC's.
I have a cnc Plasma cutter and mill in my garage that I've been working on for a couple of years now.
I cant think of anything Id rather spend time doing, until something goes wrong witch brings me hear to this moment typing on this forum.
