Hi i have some problems on CNC:

1: when i cut something the mashine make like i plugged out form LPT??? and then cut it wrong.
2: somethimes it cut very strange (like on picture) on picture:

BLACK OK cut
BLUE how cut machine ??

can you help me ??

Hi of all!!

i bought a Mach3 about 1 year ago. and i m very happy about it. now i make second CNC cutter.. to cut foam:

i will controle 4 axis and i want to know if i can control wire cutter with mach3:

so i will have

X as X1
Y as Y1
Z as X2
A as Y2

so if i want cut some think witch have some difrent profilles as:

circle1.dxf
sqare1.dxf

how can i cut this with mach3. is some screen sets (what is)


i need a help

hi... this is the best screen set i ever have but...

i dont find a button for auto zero tool!!  how can use this function on this screeen set ??

Hello i m very new at CNC maching and i have one "problem" with generate G-code

i gave a normal 3 axis CNC machine and i work with some Cad programs and ArtCAM program to generat G-cod for my machine:

so i wint to Z rough with 20mm  tool an then i want to finish wit 3mm tool... and when i want to generate G-code (G-code (mm) (*.tap)) i got warning that i dont have postprocessor that alow me to change tool... what can i do ??


p.s. sorry about my language.. it's not my mother language

Output signals:

on output#1 :Chacked | 1 | 14 | active


but doesent work nothing

or if i must work on something other setup ??

I have controled speed witout electronics... i need just off/on.. so i need only when start maching to turn on spindel and when its done spindel off. no need to regulate speed

Greetings !!

I have poblems with Connections/Setup on mach 3 with spindle:

i have 4 ports on LPT conroler that i can on/off my electric things.

RELAY1= P1
RELAY2= P16
Pump= P17

Spindle =P14
Spindle speed =P14* i thing i need to regulte extra electronics...

so i need help to setup my MACH3 to on/off my spindle and where to connect
