G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / A Gcode Command To Control Plunge?

Is there a G, M or any letter code that independently controls a mill’s Z plunge rate? For many years, we have been using Servo Products mills and the plunge rate was controlled by the “E” word. Is there an equivalent for Mach3?

G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / What comes first – Main or Subroutines

For some Centronics systems, we had to create the toolpath so all subroutines are loaded first and the main driving part is last. But I've notice for the Mach3, the main program needs to be first. Is the a configuration setting in the Mach3 to allow the subroutines be loaded first? (This would certainly save me a LOT of reprogramming efforts.)
