General Mach Discussion / Connecting Web Cam to Mach 3 view screen

Hi,
I just finished making the neat little web cam shown in the Winter 2007 edition of Digital Mechinist.
I tested it by starting the software I got with the Cam. It works really slick. Arnie did a great design job on this little beauty.
I tried to connect it to Mach 3 and so far all the futzing around I have done hasn't gotten the thing to work. Every time I click on OK, all that happens is that the screen goes back to the origional Mach3 screen.
Can one of you guys that have posted pictures of the cam working with cross hairs help me out with some directions on how you get it to work.
