Yes, I know those two software.but my client need Siemens 840D interface screen for teaching students, after training, student will know how to operate the Siemens 840D controller when he face to real Siemens 840D

I need a cnc software is installed in the PC(I think the Mach3 is this type software , the interface and screens of software should be same with siemens 840D, and the cnc mill machine is controlled by PC.
For my project is for education, so there are no enough budget to buy a real Siemens 840D cnc controller.

I am a Chinese small cnc machine company, I have 15pcs machine should be installed a PC-base cnc controller software, I think Mach3 will be good choice, but my client request the interface  should be siemens 840D interface  , I would like to know if who have modified the mach3 in siemens 804D interface?please contact me manager@yornew.com   thks a lot

VB and the development of wizards / while executing a program and meet a tool chang, appear Error and stop

while the Lathe / Machining Center are executing a program and meet a tool change command, the message “Error in the variable::GetCtxPtr::..” and the program stops. that often appears and stop the interface to the Lathe. In every stage of the machining I am, the program stucks and all must be reset to begin again. Have you some information about it?As in the attached error message picture,
