Hi Mike...
I have just started setting up my CNC (diy job), with the ess and cm106, but seem to have an issue getting the relays to trigger, is there something i may have over looked, did you have to do anything special to get the output relays working?
I cant believe how much smoother everything runs with the ESS....

Thanks for any help you can provide.   :)

Regards
Oswaldo!
Quick update, seems i overlooked enable port 1 pin 1 - this enables the relays. doh!

Hi There, I recently paid to have this screen set and after spending a day installing my touch pad probe etc on to the machine i finally gave the auto tool a go, wow!, can it get any easier.... money well spent i recon! just one question, is there a legend to the keyboard shortcuts, especially for the auto tool functions, as i want to build a probe with a button, so i just place the probe on the material and press button and the auto zero kicks in .....

Thankyou again for a really usefull Screen!

Hi to everyone here,
just a quick introduction, my name is Lee and i live in Adelaide South Australia, I have been building a cnc router for some time now, and after looking around decided to try mach software. I love the way it just works. Anyway i am building a machine based on Joes 2006 plans, I have built it from scratch using only a $50 plunge router i bough for the job. I am into building stuff, i also some time ago built  a racing simulator and an arcade machine. I currently have a couple of arcade machines that need restoring and will be using the cnc for that and to finish off the racing sim.
i have a web page with some pics if anyone is interested. I have been lurking around the site for some time and learning plenty from everyone here. Not too many hassles with the build except emf noise which was easy to overcome. anyway if you check out the web and have any questions or would like to say hi, especially if you live in Adelaide, please do....!
thats all for now...
cheers...  :)
