MeshCAM and Slic3r dont do that kind of interpretation.  This is something I would expect the controlling software/firmware to take care of.

In my case the H-Bot has huge advantages. Hot compartment for 3D printing.  Steppers don't like to function in 100C environments.

As far as Mach3 goes... I found the "formula axis correction" which makes me think it is possible.  But I can not seem to get it to run. Even a simple X+1 function does not seem to effect jogging. Looks like I might have to use an Arduino as an in-line mixer to do the necessary math.  I hate putting extra stuff in my control path. :-(

HEHEHEHE, From my last post  "For that cost, I would rather up grade my drivers and get a smooth stepper."  That would fix both problems, my crappy parallel port and replace my HobbyCNC driver board.

The brain can only do so much...  It should be able to fix single step problems, but any thing much bigger, i don't think so.  For that cost, I would rather up grade my drivers and get a smooth stepper. I think that would be a much better use of my money.

The motors are strong enough, and I am not over driving them.  The problem for me is the controller, and signal.  Both of which are crappy.  I am looking at a smooth stepper to fix one of those problems.  Geckos to solve the rest.  But even then, I can still miss steps.

I think I can address the problem of missing/correcting steps with a controller board in the middle. Was just wondering if there was an easier way then building a controller board.
