G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / Mach 3 post processor w/ BobCAD-Cam

I have several questions regarding the G-Code post for Mach 3.
1. Why does the post insert a G91 (incremental) line at the end of the code? the start of the code calls a G90 (absolute).
Is there a way to modify the post processor so it doesn't insert the G91 at the end. I want the machine to maintain G90 (absolute)
2. I have ignore toolchange active in the general configs. in Mach 3, but Mach 3 still stops at M06 & waits for start cycle button to be hit.
Is there any solution to this? I currently edit out the M06's manually to resolve this.
3. Is there Mach 3 post processor out there for us people using simple 3 axis CNC routers for woodworking. It would be nice to post a code without
all the uneccessary M03, M07, M08 etc. Not an inconvenience, just curios.
