General Mach Discussion / Trying to make NC

 I'm trying to find a quick cutting methed , maby 15 to 20 to carve *Faces* . The ones I do seem to take hours . Is there a way

I can change things around in my favor ?
 
 The programs I use are = bmp2xyz = MagicEffect Photo Editor 2009 = Adobe Photoshop 7.0 = Bmp2Cnc and Mach3 . How can I improve

this metheds ?

When I load mach 3 and try 2 cut a part the table only moves about .0125 in a ismall circle . All settings are on " , so why is this happing ?

General Mach Discussion / Motor Tuning - Mach3

I'm having a relay hard time tuning my 3 motors . I need lots of help .  The motors are 3 (MT23-60-5 Uni-Polar Stepper Motor) .
Here is a little more about them -

60 Oz In. Hybrid
1.8° /200 Steps Per Rev.
24 Volts*
0.18 Amps Current Draw Per Phase
5-wire Uni-polar
NEMA 23 Frame

How can I get all of them to run at Maxim speed toghter ? I have one running smooth , non of them will work on same numbers . The other 2 motors just bog and grind , I need HELP .

I bulit a 20" by 20" CNC maching . I can not seem to get the softwear to work = Mach 3 . Is there any softwear that is out their that is made for ideats ?  I'm softwear Ill leart !
