General Mach Discussion / Saving Option Settings

I'm just getting everything up and running. After I make all my changes to my setting, run a program, close and exit the next time I open Mach3 everything is set back to default settings and I have to reset everything all over again. Is this normal or is there something I'm not doing?? Please help.

...PS...Hitting apply doesn't save either?
