I am having trouble getting my charge pump to work on my break out board ,it will not activate i have it in the plugin as pin 9 port 1 and have identified it as charge pump .

And in Mach i have output #9 ,,ESS, Charge pump am i missing something here?

Running MACH 4(V2 )  and original SS plugin for Mach 4 I think the outher one is still Beta .

I am about to abandon this mess and go back to Mach 3 And SS !

VB and the development of wizards / Re: A axis brake Macro
« on: July 05, 2013, 12:08:00 AM »
Hi everyone ,i finally got around to putting a brake on my A axis and i am trying to write a Macro .

I have gotten the output to come on with the Macro but i can not get it to shut the output off ,i need the brake to be on when stationary and release when a G01A move is called and then activate again after the A Move.

I have been looking around at script ,do i need a separate Macro for the release of the brake ?

And i am not sure how to write the release part :Code "G01A" and then Deactivate (Output 1) and do i need a While Is Moving in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank You Woffler  ???

Hi everyone i am having the crop circle problem in turn with the latest version of Mach turn R3. 043,66, i read all i could on the subject and i am in ABS ,IJ Incremental mode and i have the reverse tool post box unchecked but it keeps coming out with a inverted circle on the end of the shaft.
I am currently getting a post modified for turn and i got the threading fixed but now i have this problem and am a little lost as as what to try ,the inverted circles are coming from the wizard and the preview looks weird.

I have attached a g code sample file with the offending code .

Thank's to all who reply or take a look ???

General Mach Discussion / Scripter compile errors
« on: May 15, 2013, 01:44:49 PM »
Hi everyone ,I am getting a lot of scripter compile errors in Mach with mill and lathe on two different PC,S with the current lock down version of Mach and the current ESS plugin
I am not sure what is causing this, I recently went to a ESS and this started , never had it from the parallel port's .

So I am not sure if it is Mach or the ESS plugin causing this, it is really bad in lathe from the NFS wizards happens most of the time.

It just started doing it with MSM when probing ,just crashed the probe into the table and again when probing a pocket  ???

These mill has been in service running from the parallel port for over 4 year's with no major problems I can never remember seeing a scripter compile error before.

Thank's Woffler

General Mach Discussion / A axis ignoring moves
« on: November 06, 2011, 04:18:20 PM »
I am having some trouble with Mach version 3.043.37, i will post the code for you to look at . This is a simple index program and i am not sure if this is a Mach problem or a Post Pross. problem.

It will rotate for the first 45 degree move and then it will skip all subsequent ( A ) axis moves! driving me nut's !!! could someone either test this with there (A) axis or look and see if they can find out what's going on.

Thank's to all Dusty
