General Mach Discussion / Mach3 "cuts corners" toolpath not respected

I have a solsylva machine that I highly upgraded so I can cut up to 170 IPM and travel at 225 IPM.
I am having a little problem: If I cut at 100IPM everything is fine and all dimensions are respected.
At 150 IPM the toolpath is no longer respected and mach3 seems to "cut the corners". For example
if you cut a square  mach will round the path on corners.
Is anyone can help me  understand?

Sometimes MACH3 is starting the router on its own. I am afraid one day it will happens when I forgot to put the switch on OFF and when I change the bit.
I cannot figure out why it does that. I review all my settings and cannot find anything. That happens so far always when the controller is ON and after I did not touch Mach3 for 10-15Min. Is anybody have a suggestion?
