General Mach Discussion / leaking locked I/O pages
« on: September 30, 2007, 11:50:11 AM »
Hi all, the other day I hit an OS error on XP. (see below for full messag), and ever since then my machine studders and jumps like a drunken sailor.  It seems to work ok when running g-code, but when jogging it stumbles.

Questions:
Does anyone know the cause of the below error?
Is this 'tracking code' casusing the stutter?
Anyone know how to stop the error in the first place?
and how do you turn off the tracking code?

Thank all,
If this has been brought up already I applogize for my ignorance

A device driver is leaking locked I/O pages causing system degradation.  The system has automatically enabled tracking code in order to try and catch the culprit.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.    <- Of course no help at all
