General Mach Discussion / Low feed-rate

Hello,
I have a Mach 3 system on a XP computer. It has been running good for many years. I don´t uppdate the XP. In the past the feeding-rate has sometimes not been the one that is in the nc code. On the screen it is OK but the machine moves at about 10-20%. In the past I have come around this problem by starting Mach3 as soon an it is possible then starting the computer. But now this don´t help anymore. I always get low feeding-rate in the machine. In my last run the wood started to burn. I use 2 LTP ports. It seems that the LTP port pulsles come at lower speed than it is suppose to be. I don´t lose any pulses.
