Mach4 General Discussion / Modification help

I'm using Mach4 with a EES/Warprunner and the Warprunner screenset. Below is somethings I'd like to modify. I've a newbie when it comes to editing Mach4.

1. Is it possible to make the machine jog at a slow rate until it's been homed? Issue is sometimes the guys forget to home the machine and it gets rapid jogged into the hard stops.

2. I would like the keyboard input enabled automatically. Currently, you have to click on the jogging tab and enable them at startup.

3. Under the jogging tab, there is a slider to change the jogging feed rate. It would be really convenient when positioning the torch if you could easily click a button for pre-set jog percentages. I'd like to put the buttons on the file ops tab as that's the tab we are normally on.

Mach Screens / Screen modifications: anyone for hire???

I am running a Warp 9 ESS & Warprunner THC. I'm looking for someone to edit my current screen set. I've got a list of items I want added or changed.

I understand I can edit the screen myself, but honestly I do not have the time to learn how to edit it and go through the troubleshooting of making changes.

If someone is interested please let me know. Thanks

Mach4 General Discussion / Probing & Soft limits

I'm using a ESS and have my software limits setup. The machine probes correctly with the softlimits off, but if I turn them on then it will not probe. Does this with gcode from sheetcam or if I just run G31 Z -4.

SmoothStepper USB / Torch wont stay fired

I'm running ESS/TMC3in1 and when I try to cut. It probes and raises up fires the torch then the torch goes out. The message I get is: !!!!ESS: Arc Okay (THC ON) Went Out!!! Activating feedhold.
I double check the CPC port and J7 ports and all that is wired correctly. Any suggestions?

Mach4 General Discussion / Slave homing issues

I posted this over on the Warp9 forum, but still waiting on someone to answer.
I running ESS with Mach4. I'm trying to get the Y axis and slave axis A to home to their own switches to square the gantry. Ive attached pictures of my current settings and with these settings when I click ref all axes home the Y motor stops moving towards it's home switch, but the A axis does not move. The A axis works fine jogging the machine.

HiCON Motion Controller / Couple questions about ArcPro

I'm debating between the ArcPro and ESS/TMC3in1. I have a few questions about the ArcPro:

1. With the TMC3in1, Mach4 will load THC settings from the gcode. It seems with ArcPro you have to select your material/THC settings in Mach4? Can ArcPro load THC from gcode instead?

2. ESS has it's own post processor and settings for Sheetcam. I have not been able to find a post processor for the ArcPro, is there one and I'm just not finding it?

3. I plan to use OHMIC torch sensing. Do I need an adapter or anything to use OHMIC with the ArcPro?

4. I will be using Clearpath motors. Do the wire directly to the motion controller for step/dir and HVLB?
