General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 not zeroing when hitting encoder limit

When attempting to zero the Y axis the encoder limit activates as it should and retracts a few steps then tries to zero again and keeps repeating this behavior until I stop it.  The encoder limit works properly if I move it to the limits but this only happens when I try to zero the axis.  Anyone have a clue as to what is happening here?
