General Mach Discussion / Need Help - Looking for a technician in Iowa (Mach3)

My employer is looking for help from a technician in Northern / Central Iowa to help get our Mach Motion(Mach3) Plasma table running again. (Ames, Iowa Falls, Waterloo, etc) The specific issues we have are regarding piercing 1" steel, from Arc signal loss, to not fully piercing the material.
