General Mach Discussion / There are issues with dual core2 dual processors,need close 1 cpu

It is very strange, when mach3 work none of my motors would work properly. They would only turn slowly and vibrate profusely，lose steps.
1 i set Task Manager-Processes-mach3.exe-affinity - cpu0 or cpu1 , it not useful,motors still slowly and vibrate profusely
2 when mach3 working ,i run any other software at the same time , the Motors run smoothly immediately。
3 i set win+r-msconifg-boot.ini-advanced-/NUMPROC(N)=1，reboot laptop, the Motors run smoothly immediately
please help , i dont want use only 1 cpu ,coz it is core 2 dual
