Building or Buying a Wood routing table.. Beginnners guide.. / well tuned motors with MPG - BUT

My motors are tuned and calibrated awesome and run smooth when using the key board -
but when I run a gcode file everything sounds bad and struggling.
it seems to run the file ok fro as long as I let it run.
tweaked here and there but end up at the same tuned numbers
am I missing something in the settings or a bad card when running a file?
