VB and the development of wizards / vb program to write the momentary x-y-z coordinate to txt file

I would like to save the  momentary x-y-z position to txt file while program is running.  to set saving time (fox example per 0,1 s) , and save the x-y-z position while program running end. How able to make this program ? Can it solvable?
