General Mach Discussion / Crashing !

Hi Everyone.
OK, I'm new to Mach3. I have a clean 32bit Windows7 machine and have Administrator access. Having downloaded Mach3 the first few times it crashed but I eventually got it to run, don't know how. I have set all the pins for my 5 Axis Breakout Board and when I restarted back to crashing again
After some more trying I get it going again (don't know how) and run the Driver Test. The Preparation Successful screen come up and then the Take over screen, CRASH ! I tried installing the SpecialDriver but that made no difference, still crash.
I did manage to get it working once to the stage where I could manually jog but when connected to my machine it did nothing so I'm guessing the drivers just aren't there. The router does make a few clicking noises as the computer is re-booting so I think they are trying to talk to each other.
The router is all home built following the recipe on YouTube of building a CNC machine for under 900 dollars
The Breakout board is by Savebase.com
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
