General Mach Discussion / Mach3 Threading and Index Signal Problem

Someone knows this card
nvum v2 3 axis.
I can not make the thread because mach3 is waiting for the index pulse.
if I connect index to input as per manual, read the rpm correctly but without the index lamp lights up.
Instead if I connect index to another input(like proximity switch) , the index light turns on but does not read the rpm and if I try to do threading, mach3 remains waiting for the thread signal…..
