General Mach Discussion / mach3 profile and uc100

i have a cnc machine made by zenbot and in using my machine with mach3 the company created a custom profile, now i would like to use a uc100 and i noticed upon installing the uc100 software it would move my stepper motors (not much but there was movement) on any of the generic profiles but not by my profile created for my cnc machine is there any special setups i will need to perform for proper operation.
