Hi there I have attached 1 Macros, newbie here I am trying to work out why the pdb wont close and gives me the error pdb failed (tool not secure). when it actually has opened and closed correctly.All help appreciated. Stuart

General Mach Discussion / Pocket Cut Issue.

Hi there I am running Mach3 win 7. I have not had this issue before I have attached an Image of a pocket cut.
Im using a 16mm endmill for the job. I have added a ATC and using offsets for the tool length.
I checked measurements on x and y they are correct.Its happening on the end of the cut. I changed tools to see if that was the issue.
 Any ideas are greatly appreciated. regards Stuart

Mach3 under Vista / tim Shilling xbox 360 Plugin and Auto Tool Zero macro

Hi there I have setup the macro for Auto Tool Zero which works fine from main screen using a mouse. I have setup the macro in the Tim Shilling plugin. The issue I am having is the tool drops down to the touch plate but does not return up. I have attached the macro that I have set up on mach3. All help appreciated. regards Stuart

Hi there  newbie here I have a Maxi cut 1325 table I am running Win7 32bit.
Revolutionary 3 Axis Mach3 CNC USB Motion Controller Card 200KHz Stepper Servo. From Ebay
Compatible 3.7 hp air cooled spindle with a Delta VFD.
I had a friend help convert over from a DSP controller. I am having an issuue with the vfd pulsing for a start and a different readout from mach3 to vfd panel
 xyz are working.
I would like to reinstall Mach3 correctly from the start again, and get rid of all the bugs. Where should I look for documentation and help.
