General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 outputs 15hz to vfd instead of 0

Hello there,
i am using mach 3 which is talking to my VFD via the Controller card. Everything was ok until today. now when i set the RPM to 0 in mach 3 and when i press F5 to start the spindle the minimum Hz is 15. It doesnt go below that. I dont really know what the problem is. I tried the synch spindle feature but things got worse instead of better. I am driving it with 0-10 Volts signal. When i switch off the mach 3 control and use the potentiometer and the VFDs own start/stop button, then everything is ok. 0 corresponds to 0. It seems that it needs to be set up in mach 3 somehow?

Hi guys i need help !

i got my 6040 cnc yesterday, and it came without any manual for mach 3 setup included. I got one CD with the manual for USBcnc and a pirated copy of usbcnc aswell. Since i have a registered mach 3 version and i really like the programm i would like to continue using mach 3.
I just got a parallel port to usb cable without the parallel port to parallel port from controller to computer.
That was strange. And it also didnt come with a pirated mach 3 copy like they usually do.
Previously i had a 3020 and a3040 cnc that ran great on my computer.
Since i dont have any documentations for pins and ports setup, i really just left the previous options that actualy seem to be the same.
Like for example:
X Axis - Step /Dir - 2/3
Y Axis - Step/Dir - 4/5 .....
It will not move! Doesnt matter what i do it doesnt move. The E-stop can not connect to mach 3 and the z probe doesnt work aswell Does anyone haveany advice how to get this thing running?

BoB is the JP-3163B v.3.9. (Inside the black box is the NOWFOREVER VFD aswell) I have tried the motors with my other controller box of the 3040 and they work. Ill attach a video so you can see what i did.
