I have a LT6090 from China, purchased the licensed Mach3 version R3.043.066 (properly installed, shows my name and this version), and cannot for the life of me figure out why the code stops running very predictably approximately every 10 minutes / 10,000 lines of code. I have Mach3 installed on desktop 64bit Win7 with USB controller and it runs fine...up to about 10 minutes / 10,000 lines of code. Then I have to hit, reset, run from here, Start, check the box about feed rate, then wait for spindle speed to get back up, and hit start again.  It then starts where it left off.  I've discovered this works to get me thru a project most of the time, however on some projects when i do this restart it seems to shift the project slightly on one axis by just a little, but after restarting several times in a big code it is obvious and becomes a ruined project. What I've done to try to figure it out is:

1) Tried a different USB (used the one off my laser that works fine with the laser -- but it made no difference on the CNC as it still stopped approx. every 10,000/10 min.);
2) Checked the computer -- not in sleep mode, not connected to internet, no screensaver, no other programs or anything running & nothing in terms of timing that would make it stop;
3) Turned off all electrical components including the lights (!) -- code still stops at around 10,000/10 min.;
4) Ran the code with CNC machine OFF -- but USB connected -- code still stops at around 10,000/10 min.;
5) However, when I run the code with the machine totally disconnected (USB disconnected b/w computer and controller) -- the code runs fine.

If anyone can help me figure this out, I would greatly appreciate it.  I'm pulling what little hair I have left, out.
