General Mach Discussion / MACH3 fails after some updates of win7

MACH3 does a restart of windows. Even the Drivertest does a restart. This happens for a few weeks now.  After I reinstalled win7, everthing was ok again, but after some updates it fails again. Is this a known problem? What to do
